Returns & Exchanges

At True Bias, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
